Faculty and staff flu clinic
A flu vaccination clinic for all college employees will be offered from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
You must print and fill out a medical consent form, and bring a photocopy of your insurance card (both sides) and a photo ID. Paper forms will not be available the day of the clinic.
