Mental health isn't spooky
The students of Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) invite the campus to decorate pumpkins in a safe and welcoming environment. Everyone is welcome.

Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Scandinavian Studies alum are invited to enjoy fika in the Swenson Center (Denkmann). Fika is immediately following the program "Sweden as Our Classroom: Partnerships with Uppsala University and Beyond" at 9:00 a.m. in Wallenberg Hall.
Mahjong Tournament
The Mahjong Club hosts its official semester tournament. People can compete for a spot as a finalist in the tournament for prizes. There will be traditional food/snacks provided for all who attend.

Augie Acres is hosting a free succulent night. In order to receive a free succulent, you must attend three Augie Acres events, such as a meeting or work party.
Conference panel: 'Youth Are Calling for Action'
Jack Hughes, an Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø geology major, will be part of a panel, "Youth Are Calling for Action," at the Upper Mississippi River Conference.
Pearce retiring from WVIK; reception Oct. 25
Jay Pearce, chief executive officer and general manager of Quad Cities NPR affiliate WVIK, will retire Oct. 28 after 11 years at the station.
