William "Nishal" Weems named 2022 student laureate
William ¡°Nishal¡± Weems, an Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø senior from Carpentersville, Ill., was selected as a student laureate of The Lincoln Academy of Illinois.
Back to the Kit Kat Club in 'Cabaret' Nov. 17-20
Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø will present the musical "Cabaret" Nov. 17-20 at the Brunner Theatre Center. Set in 1929 Berlin, the musical focuses on the hedonistic nightlife at the Kit Kat Klub.
Blood drive
Boundless Health and Wellness campus organization will host a blood drive from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Krueger's love for the game overcomes first-year injury
Playing college volleyball had been her dream since she was 12. Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø 15 minutes into her first practice as a Viking, Sydney Krueger '24 jumped for a hit at the net, landed awkwardly and ¡°blew out¡± her knee. Two years later, as a junior, she's named one of the CCIW's best.
