"Sight\, and the desire to ascertain and conjure up sight\, keep me hooked to painting\, affirming my own presence (with bald spot) in doing so\," Professor Xiao wrote in his artist statement.\n\nGuests will enjoy a special performance by music professor Dr. Deborah Dakin at the reception.
