She uses her lived experiences as a disabled&nbsp\;person to educate.\n\nShe received a B.A from Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø in communication&nbsp\;sciences and disorders\, an&nbsp\;M.S.&nbsp\; in speech-language pathology from Nazareth Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø of Rochester\, N.Y.\, and a&nbsp\;Ph.D.&nbsp\;in disability studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago.\n
