DESCRIPTION:Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø will be a host site for the 2020 African American Read-In\, a collaboration with the Black Student Union\, Office of Student Life\, the Tredway Library\, and the Reading/Writing Center.&nbsp\;\n\nAll are invited to join the celebration of African American literature by reading or stopping by from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.\n\nGenres vary widely from musical performances\, to poetry slams\, to favorite works by African American authors. The only stipulation is that all works must be by African American writers.&nbsp\;\n\nAnyone who would like to share a presentation is encouraged to sign up.\n\nThe National African American Read-In is the nation¡¯s first and oldest event dedicated to diversity in literature. It was established in 1990 by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English to make literacy a significant part of Black History Month.\n
