Well-being lab: Shame Resilience

The Learning Commons will present the well-being lab "Basics of Bren¨¦ Brown¡¯s Shame Resilience."

Student counselor Alyssa Matz will offer an introduction to Bren¨¦ Brown¡¯s research on shame, empathy, and connection. What is shame and how do we move through it and live the lives we want to?

Well-being labs provide students with knowledge and skills from different disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to explore social, occupational, intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in interactive sessions with campus experts.
